We saw last week in Matthew:5:20For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. that our righteousness must exceed that of the Scribes and Pharisees. How are we to do this, or in Bible terminology how do we overcome sin? The answer is that we can only overcome through Jesus Christ. In this sermon Mr. Smith shows us how Jesus Christ overcame and shows us that we must follow the example of overcoming that Jesus set for us.
