The sacrifice of Jesus was a whole sacrifice, not divided into physical (body) for forgiveness of physical sins and spiritual (blood) for our spiritual sins. All sin is spiritual and transgresses the law. He was "wounded for our transgressions", for our sins and when we are healed we are made thoroughly whole.
